The lunch meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel  on Tuesday 12^th January  2016, in the Conference Centre.  Registration is from 12:15 for a prompt 1pm start, please allow plenty of time for your journey.

The cost for the lunch is BD12 for members and BD15 for non-members.  Beverages are kindly being sponsored by GULF BRANDS INTERNATIONAL.

Bookings

Deadline for bookings 10am on  Sunday 10^th January 2016.   Please note Cancellation Policy: 48hour notice.

Why not book a table for your company (10 seats per table). A great opportunity to promote your company with brand visibility (your logo and company name will be incorporated through table signage).  Please email for more information and the costs on bbbfevents@batelco.com.bh   

Cancellations:- If you make a booking and you or your guest(s) are unable to attend, please inform us no later than  10am on  Sunday 10^th January 2016.  Otherwise, we will have to invoice for the cost of the meal(s).

Please note that members are responsible for the payment of their guests and that late cancellations and no shows will have to be paid for by the member on the day of the lunch.
