Dear Members,

As we approach the end of another year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your unwavering support and dedication throughout 2024. Since my appointment in September, your engagement in our meetings and events has been truly inspiring.

This year has been particularly special as we welcomed the Chelsea Pensioners once again. Their presence at our events has enriched our community, and it was an honour to attend the Remembrance Service at the British Embassy alongside them. We also had the pleasure of taking the pensioners on school visits, attending the Bahrain International Airshow as guests of the Farnborough Team, and participating in receptions at both the Bahrain Rugby Football Club and The British Club.  A highlight was their invitation as VIP guests at Bahrain Trophy, the annual international race at the Rashid Equestrian Horse Racing Club, where they had the distinct honour of meeting His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

I wish you safe travels and joyful moments with your loved ones during this festive season. May your Christmas and New Year be filled with happiness and peace. I am excited about what 2025 holds for us and look forward to a successful and vibrant year ahead. Thank you once again for your incredible support; together, we will continue to achieve great things.
