Delmon Readymix

Delmon Readymix is Bahrain’s leading Readymix Concrete Company.
Established in 1973, Delmon Readymix was originally established
by Abdulla Ahmed Nass as Bahrain’s first producer of concrete.
Since then the Company has developed a reputation for the highest
standard of product quality, professionalism and superior service as
a key player in the construction of Bahrain’s modern skyline; having
produced well over 8 million cubic meters of top quality concrete.
Throughout the 1980’s, 1990’s and early 2000’s the business
benefited from partnerships with first Tarmac, then Redland and
later Lafarge International, all leading European based international
building material companies. In-depth local knowledge, combined
with international expertise, enables Delmon Readymix to utilise the
latest product and equipment technology available in the industry
while understanding the local markets’ unique needs.
Operating from sites at Salmabad, Hidd and North Alba the total
achievable output of the Company’s 10 concrete plants is 860 cubic
metres of concrete per hour. With a fleet of over 80 truck mixers
and 23 concrete pumps, the company has a capacity to supply in
excess of 75,000 cubic metres of concrete per month, thus ensuring
an adequate supply of concrete for all customer requirements. It is
this substantial capacity that helped Delmon Readymix achieve a
record in Bahrain when it supplied concrete for the Era Residential
Tower in Seef, completing a 4,800 cubic metre foundation pour in
less than 24 hours.
Delmon Readymix prides itself in the quality of its product and was
the first ready mixed concrete company in Bahrain to receive ISO
9000 certification in 1997 and also achieved the Health and Safety
Certification of OHSAS 18001 in 2010. We are Bahrain’s first ready
mixed concrete producing company with the largest and most
technically challenging capacity.
